Each Setup and each Optimization Plan covers a single AI employee—not multiple. To add another AI employee, activate a separate Setup or Optimization Plan for each one.

A one-time, done-for-you service that configures and launches one AI employee. Each setup includes:
- Technical configuration and customization
- Branding and customized instructions
- Follow-up calls to refine knowledge and workflows
AI Workforce Optimization Plan
An ongoing monthly subscription that keeps your AI employee performing after launch. It includes:
- One AI employee setup, delivered in Month 1 (same scope as a standalone Setup)
- A proactive monthly check-in
- Unlimited change requests (same-day acknowledgment, 2-business-day resolution target)
- Email access to the expert team
- A live training session for your team

Choose the AI employee to set up or manage:
- AI Receptionist – Web chat and lead capture, CRM pipeline, booking and service-area connections, and automations.
- AI Reputation Specialist – Review responses and requests, reputation workflows, and external-platform support. Requires Reputation AI Premium.
- AI Inside Sales Representative – A sales persona that qualifies and captures leads and books appointments. Requires Conversations AI.
- AI Support Agent – Customer support across channels, escalations, and lead capture. Requires Conversations AI.
- AI Data Analyst – Conversational insights from your CRM, review, and social data. Requires Conversations AI plus at least one data source.
- AI Human Resources Coordinator – Internal HR support and meeting scheduling. Requires Conversations AI.
- AI Social Media Manager – Autonomous social content calendar across your connected networks, brand training, and approval workflows. Requires Social AI Premium.
- AI Blogger – Autonomous, SEO-focused blog calendar published to WordPress, with brand training and approval workflows. Requires Social AI Premium and a WordPress site.
FAQ
How many AI employees does an activation cover?
One. Each Setup and each Optimization Plan covers a single AI employee. To add another, activate a separate Setup or Optimization Plan for each one.
What is required to set up an AI employee?
All AI employees require Conversations AI to be active. The AI Reputation Specialist additionally requires Reputation AI Premium, and the AI Data Analyst requires at least one data source (CRM AI, Reputation AI, Social Marketing, or Local SEO). See each guide for details.
Can I get just the web chat code installed without full AI Receptionist setup?
If you have Website Support active, the Website Support team can install the web chat code. That is basic code installation only, not full end-to-end AI Receptionist configuration. See AI Receptionist.
