Website Services
Our team offers website builds (Express, Templated, and Accelerated Templated on Duda), hosting, and ongoing support. This section covers what to expect from each build type, how to order (including the Website Creation & Content Form), support inclusions and requests, importing and exporting sites, and working with plugins on WordPress builds.
What are Website Services?
Website Services include build types, ordering, support, and migration:
- Build types – Express (AI-generated, up to 5 pages, same-day first draft, WordPress; 3 months support required). Templated (choose a template, onboarding call, 3–10 pages, one round of major revisions; 3 months support required). Accelerated Templated (Duda-based, 10 pages, mix-and-match templates, AI copy, one major round of edits, annual redesign; Plus adds eCommerce, booking, custom forms, 60+ design enhancements).
- Ordering – Complete the Website Creation & Content Form (business info, contact, domain, navigation, design, copy, e-commerce if needed), then activate the product in the platform. Both steps are required to avoid delays.
- Support – Website Support+ (WordPress on Hosting Pro) includes minor appearance changes, plugin/theme updates, health checks, uptime monitoring, urgent support, up to 3 blog posts per month, and basic AI Chat Receptionist installation. A 3-month commitment is required after go-live for new builds or imports.
- Import/Export – Our team can move an existing WordPress site onto WordPress Hosting Pro (import) or help you export a site to another host.
- Plugins – Standard plugins (e.g. Yoast, Gravity Forms, Divi Booster) are included with certain builds; premium plugins require your license and may incur integration fees.
