The Managed Ads Campaign is a do-it-with-me, multi-platform service built and optimized by specialists across search, social, display, and video. Our team runs digital ad campaigns on your behalf using MatchCraft-powered services. The Managed Ads Campaign is conversion-focused: our specialists build the campaign, you complete an onboarding call and one round of revisions, and the team optimizes performance month over month. What's included scales with your ad spend, and reporting is available 24/7 in the Advertising Intelligence Dashboard.

Campaigns are billed monthly: a one-time setup fee plus the first month's ad spend and management fee at order, then the ad spend and management fee each month after.

FAQ

How do I request a change to my ad spend?

Use Request Spend Change for future months: go to the platform → Manage Accounts, select the account, then the three dots next to the active MatchCraft product. Enter the new monthly budget. Changes apply from the next billing cycle. For the current month, use the One-Time Boost add-on.

What is the refund policy for ad spend?
  • Unused ad spend: Once an ad spend amount is agreed upon, unused spend is not refunded. When money is collected, the budget is always exhausted for the campaign and the current month.
  • Cancellations and spend changes: Require 5 business days' notice. If a change is submitted at the last minute and the renewal happens, the campaign runs at the renewed amount and the change takes effect the following month. Emergency pauses (for example, seasonality) are held as a credit and used on re-activation.
  • Promotional campaigns: If a promotion ends before the budget is exhausted, the team creates general ads to run with the remaining spend.
  • Campaign performance: No refunds for performance discrepancies, but the team will hold a complimentary meeting to re-strategize for the following month.
Where do I see campaign performance?

Use the Advertising Intelligence Dashboard. Connect accounts in settings, set management fees, choose metrics, and view performance by platform and campaign. Reporting is also shared via a live link from the ads team.

What platforms can we advertise on?

Search (Google, Bing), display (Google), Performance Max, Facebook & Instagram (Meta), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The platforms available to your campaign depend on your spend level. See Advertising platforms.

What YouTube ad formats are available?

YouTube ads can be placed before ("pre"), during ("mid"), or after ("post") a video. The main formats:
