Process: initial training call, configuration (1 business day, or 3 for custom integrations), onboarding and walkthrough call, 30-day check-in. U.S. businesses need A2P registration for SMS; website backend access is required for chatbot and lead form installation.
  • AI Reputation Specialist SetupRequires Reputation AI Premium. One-time setup: onboarding and training call, configure and train the AI, automated review requests (SMS + email), AI-powered review responses, review display widgets, brand voice and templates. Monthly service: prompt and automation adjustments, responses on platforms outside Google & Facebook (up to 5 external platforms), negative review approval workflow. Process: fulfillment form, onboarding call, setup (1 business day after call), optional 30-day check-in, ongoing monthly support.

Both services include branding, customized instructions, and follow-up calls to refine knowledge and workflows.

What’s the difference between AI Receptionist and AI Reputation Specialist?

AI Receptionist focuses on web chat and lead capture: capturing leads from your website, CRM pipeline, booking and service-area lookups, and automations for notifications and follow-ups. AI Reputation Specialist focuses on reviews: automated review responses, review requests (email and SMS), reputation workflows, and optional review widgets. How long does AI Receptionist setup take?

After the initial training call, configuration is complete in 1 business day (or 3 business days for workflows with custom integrations). The onboarding and walkthrough call can be booked as soon as one business day after setup; the 30-day check-in is 3–4 weeks after completion. Do I need Reputation AI for the AI Reputation Specialist?
