This guide outlines the process and expectations for our Standard and Animated Display Banners creative services. This is designed to complement your ad campaigns with professional, captivating visuals that encourage your target audience to take action. A strong display ad campaign relies on its creative assets, and this service provides professionally made graphics to add value to your campaign budget.

The design process

1. Submitting your information

To begin, you must fill out a fulfillment form with as much detail as possible. This helps streamline the entire experience and avoids delays.

To prepare, please have the following ready:

  • Advertiser’s Logo: A high-quality logo is required. We prefer PNG, EPS, Ai, or PSD files with a minimum width of 250px.
  • Images: High-resolution images are crucial for a successful campaign. A minimum of 1-3 images related to your promotion is recommended.
  • Promo and Slogan: Ads perform much better with a promotion attached. Please provide a short, concise slogan or promotional offer (maximum of 2 sentences).

Once the form is submitted, our team will review the order and start the process within one business day.

2. Creative build & revisions

Our design team will build the creative assets based on the information provided. The completed creatives will be shared with you for approval.

  • Timeline: The initial design is delivered within 2 business days.
  • Revisions: The service includes one round of revisions. It is important to include all comments and edit requests in a single email. The revision process takes an additional 2 business days. Additional revisions beyond this first round will incur a fee and can be accommodated through the Creative Edits add-on.

3. Final delivery

If you have an active ad campaign with our team, let us know and we will upload the creatives to the correct campaign. If not, you are free to take these creatives and use them on the advertising platform of your choice.

We offer both standard and animated display banner options to suit your campaign's needs.

Standard Display Banners

This service provides your choice of one of the following sets of static or minimally animated graphics:

  • Display Static Banners (set of 6): Non-animated banner ads in the standard web sizes listed above.
  • Facebook GIF (1): A short, looping animated ad (1200x1200) that uses subtle motion.
  • Facebook/LinkedIn Static Images (set of 2): Still-image ads designed for social media (1080x1080 and 1080x1920).
  • Digital Billboard (1): A large format static ad (970x250) for brand awareness on desktop.

Animated Display Banners

This service provides a set of six HTML animated banners, designed to capture attention with subtle motion.

  • Animation: Up to 15 seconds with one loop.
  • Deliverables: You will receive the HTML files, static backup images (JPEG or PNG), and a preview link to view the animation.
  • Standard Sizes:
    • 728x90 (Leaderboard)
    • 300x250 (Medium Rectangle)
    • 300x600 (Half Page)
    • 160x600 (Wide Skyscraper)
    • 320x50 (Mobile Leaderboard)
    • 300x50 (Mobile Banner)

Additional details

ClickTAG

A ClickTAG is a piece of code that tracks where users go when they click an ad. Some ad platforms require it to properly record clicks. If your campaign uses ClickTAGs, provide them to us, and we will add them to your HTML banners. If not, your ads will still look and function perfectly.

Service Limitations

  • This service provides only the creative design files for your ads, not the setup or management of a campaign within a Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
  • We do not create or set up campaigns within advertising platforms like Google Display & Video 360 or The Trade Desk.
  • If you already use a DSP, simply provide the platform details and ad specifications to our team, and we will ensure the banners meet those requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many edits do I get?

One round of free edits is included. Any additional edits must be made by purchasing the Creative Edits add-on.

Can the creatives be in different languages?

Yes, if you provide our team with the specific copy you want on the ad.

Can I provide the headline, offer, description, and call to action?

Yes, we prefer that specific direction is given for the ad copy. If we are not provided with direction, we will use copy from your website or social media pages.

Do you provide stock images if none are supplied?

Yes. If no images are provided, our designers will use images related to the product/service from your website or a stock image site.

What do I need to provide to start the design process?

We can start with just a logo, but the more information you provide, the better. You may provide:

  • Images of the product/service or approved stock images (.jpeg, .png)
  • Web-safe font
  • Brand colors (hex code)
  • Promotion or slogan
  • Call to action
Will you create and run the ad campaign for me?

No, this service fulfills the creative graphic only. You can run your campaign through one of our advertising campaign products.
