How does the design process work?

Each client starts with an onboarding call where our design team collects important information. We then create the site based on the selected Duda templates, with AI-written copy and stock images. Clients can request one major round of edits before finalizing the design. During this round of edits, they’ll have a chance to leave pins and feedback directly on their site using Duda’s platform.

What support is offered after launch?

Once the website is live, we provide ongoing hosting, technical support, and monthly minor edits to text and images. Plus clients also receive additional support for Ecommerce and other enhanced features.

Can I upgrade my clients from Accelerated Templated Website to Accelerated Templated Website Plus later?

Yes! You can upgrade from Accelerated Templated Website to Accelerated Templated Website Plus at any time. This allows you to start with a basic site and scale as your business needs grow.

Can my client's website feature multiple languages?

Yes! We can enable multiple languages directly in the Duda editor which will provide an auto-translation using Google Translate.

Do I need to host the website with you?

Yes, unless you have your own Duda account.

Where should I upload attachments for my order?

Please upload all attachments in the attachments section within the Fulfillment Form. Or if you prefer, you can contact the services team to submit your attachments. Please do not upload attachments in the Orders section in the platform. This ensures our team can access all documents to provide your client excellent service.

What additional charges will my client incur monthly?

Our monthly fee includes hosting and ongoing support. Additionally, we include one free redesign annually with your subscription.

Can you help create custom written content for my client’s website?

Every website will be populated with AI-generated copy to fill each page, but if you would like custom copy, we are happy to oblige. Check out the product called Website Copy for all the details related to this service.

What if my client needs more functional customizations to be made on the website?

The Accelerated templated Website solution is best-suited for simpler websites that don’t require much customization. However, if you’d like to discuss more advanced customization options, we’re happy to chat! Please reach out to your sales representative for assistance and determining the right solution for you.

Can I edit my templated website myself?

Absolutely! We limit access to the site until we have completed the website and set the site live on your custom domain. At this time, please let us know if you’d like edit access to your site and we can update your permissions.

What happens to the website if I cancel this product?

Once cancelled, website support and hosting will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle. Your website will then be taken offline and you will not be able to directly transfer to another hosting provider. If you want to move your site to another Duda instance, let us know within 90 days of cancellation and we can download your site data for you.

Can you build, support or transfer a website from Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Mono, Duda, etc?

We currently only offer website builds and support on WordPress and Duda, no other builders are supported by our team.

Can you install any website analytics or tracking on my client’s website?

Of course! If you provide the credentials or the codes for Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics Manager, we are happy to install it on your website.

Is the website domain included in this service?

Domains are not included in this product and need to be purchased separately. You can purchase it either through a provider in our marketplace or directly with the domain provider (GoDaddy or Squarespace) then give our team access.

How is Accelerated Templated Website different from purchasing a Duda subscription directly?

A direct Duda subscription provides access to the website builder and hosting but requires you to handle everything—design, development, setup, and ongoing maintenance. Accelerated Templated Website is a fully managed service that includes expert-built websites, hosting, ongoing support, and sales enablement, eliminating the need for you to do the work yourself.

Why does Accelerated Templated Website cost more than a direct Duda subscription?

While Duda's direct hosting is a lower price, it does not include website setup, design, customizations, content uploads, or expert support.
