This guide outlines the process and expectations for the Express Website Build service. This is a "do-for-me" solution where our talented professionals work with you to create an affordable, AI-generated website of up to 5 pages, with the first draft delivered as soon as the same day.

The Build Process

The process is designed for speed, moving from information submission to a live website in a few key steps.

1. Getting started: Hosting and domain

Two main components are necessary to build your website: hosting and a domain. Think of your website as a house: hosting is the land it sits on, and the domain is its address.

• Hosting: Every website is hosted on our proprietary WordPress Hosting platform.
• Domain:
  • If you don't have a domain: We recommend purchasing one from GoDaddy, as it integrates seamlessly with our platform.
  • If you already have a domain: You can grant us access by delegating it to websites@yourdigitalagents.com (for GoDaddy) or websitesanalytics@localmarketpage.com (for Google/Squarespace). Alternatively, you can provide the URL and login credentials.

2. Fulfillment & AI-powered build

The build process begins once you submit the Fulfillment Form.

• Fulfillment Form: To ensure a smooth process, please complete the form with as much detail as possible. This includes your logo, color scheme, fonts, business information, navigation preferences, content, call to action, form details, and domain access.
• Build Timeline: Our expert AI website developers will use your inputs to create a website that represents your business, incorporating your preferred fonts, colors, and images, along with AI-assisted copywriting.
  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10:30 AM CST will have the first draft delivered the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 10:30 AM CST will be delivered the next business day before 12:30 PM CST.
  • The site mockup will consist of up to 5 pages and will be delivered within 1 business day.

3. Revisions & Launch

After the initial build, you will have the opportunity to review and request changes.

• Revisions: One round of revisions is included with the service. This can include layout adjustments, text edits, or visual changes.
  • Once revision requests are submitted, our team will implement the changes within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Additional revision rounds will be billed on an hourly basis.
  • You can also schedule an optional 30-minute call with a developer to review your notes by purchasing an add-on.
• Launch: After your final approval, the website will be launched within 1 business day. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours of sending the final version for approval, the site will be considered approved and set live. We aim to launch new websites within 15 days of starting the project.

4. Ongoing Support

To ensure your website is supported, 3 months of website support is required once the site goes live. This is an additional charge.

Support includes:

• Updates to existing sections (images, text, colors, contact form fields).
• Updating plugins and themes, and performing website health checks upon request.
• Fixing bugs and providing urgent support if your website goes offline.

Once the initial 3-month commitment is complete, you may cancel the service. However, you will no longer be able to reach our team for support. Reactivating a canceled support plan will require a new 3-month commitment.

Service limitations

• Customizations: The Express Website Build is designed for efficiency and does not support extensive customizations. For more flexible or custom solutions, please inquire about our Templated or Tailored Website products.
• Website Size: To ensure optimal performance, we recommend that sites remain under 50GB.
• Additional Costs: Add-ons such as extra pages, premium plugins, or eCommerce functionality will add incremental costs and may extend project timelines.

The basics & additional details

Can you create custom written content for my website?

No, we do not provide custom-written content with this service. All web copy is generated with AI using the information you provide in the fulfillment form.

Can I add a blog page to the website?

A blog page can be added by purchasing our Hourly Charge add-on. This covers the blog page build and up to four blog post uploads (with content provided by you). Adding a blog page will extend the build's turnaround time.

How can I add videos without slowing down the site?

We encourage you to upload your videos to YouTube first. We can then embed the videos on your website without impacting loading speeds.

What kind of forms can I have on my website?

By default, we provide a 5-field CRM Form for lead collection. You can also choose a Gravity Form, where leads are forwarded to a designated email, or use your own third-party form plugin. Using your own form requires you to purchase the plugin separately, and hourly charges will apply for installation.

To ensure your website runs effectively, Website Support and WordPress Hosting are required from day one as additional, complementing products.

Where should I upload attachments for my order?

How many images can I provide for my website?

Our team can add up to 25 of your images as part of the standard build. If you want to include more, additional charges will apply.

Website functionality & plugins

Can you build an online store?

Yes, our Advanced eCommerce product is ideal for building online stores. Please note that this will extend the build's turnaround time.

Will my website be HIPAA compliant?

Our websites are not currently HIPAA compliant. However, we can integrate HIPAA-compliant features and services that you provide.

Can my website feature multiple languages?

Yes, we use the GTranslate plugin. The free version provides automatic translations. If you want to edit translations manually, you will need to purchase the premium version of the plugin.

How can I get a social media feed on my website?

We use the free Smash Balloon plugin to display feeds from Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Setup requires your social login credentials, and installation has an additional charge.

Can I collect payments or donations on my website?

We use the Gravity Forms plugin to help you collect payments. For donations, we recommend the GiveWP plugin. Both are free plugins, but the GiveWP installation requires more extensive setup and will incur additional charges.

Do you add any standard plugins to websites?

Yes, a set of standard plugins like Yoast SEO, Gravity Forms, and Divi Booster are added to every website at no additional cost. A User Role Plugin is also included by default.

What if I want to use a premium plugin?

You will need to purchase the license for the premium plugin and provide the necessary credentials to our team for integration. Integration costs are subject to additional hourly fees.

Do I need to host the website with you?

The website must be built in our hosting environment. After completion, you are free to move it to another host, but our team will no longer be able to provide support.

Can you work with websites from Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, etc.?

No, we only build websites using the WordPress CMS. Other platforms use proprietary services, meaning the site cannot be transferred to another host.

How will you employ organic SEO on my site?

We employ best practices including H1 tags, metadata, alt text, 301 redirects, breadcrumbs, sitemaps, and ADA features.

Is an SSL certificate included?

Yes, all websites hosted on our platform automatically receive SSL certifications.

What happens to the website if I cancel hosting?

Once hosting is canceled, your website will be archived for up to 30 days. You can request a copy of your website files before cancellation.

Can you install website analytics or tracking?

Yes, if you provide the credentials or codes for Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, we are happy to install it on your website.
